John Attard triumphs on the day as Nelson seals his 2nd consecutive Singles League Title!

The last match of KSFA singles league was held this very morning at Manoel Island Gzira.

It was a still morning with hardly a breeze, clear sky's and crystal clear waters. A dawn to behold of our lovely Island.

As was expected of this venue the parrot fish ruled the day, especially in section B on the last 3 pegs which in fact saw the first 3 placings.

John Attard clinched 1st place fishing only with his 6m bolognese rod landing no less the 4.22kgs of parrot fish and losing even more.

Adrian Nelson took 2nd place with 3.33kgs, with Kurt Poulton placing 3rd with 2.4kgs
Section winners were Joseph Ellul Il Gower and Andre Borg. All fish were released after weigh in.

No competition are planned for August with the exception of Mit-Tfal ghat Tfal fishing marathon for kids scheduled for the 28th of August. After which the Mullet league will commence in September.

As usual a big thank you to our sponsors Tubertini Malta. And Mattress Collection.
