Great weights in KSFA doubles match 1. Brian and Jonathan just shy of 5kgs land 1st Place

It was a very cool morning which met our anglers at Manoel Island, but once they started fishing, they warmed up pretty quickly, as fish were plentiful with never a dull moment especially in section A, where all top 3 placings were registered. 

The most common fish caught was the parrot fish, which was very abundant, followed by bream and various types of wrasse. 1st placed Brian Farrugia and Jonathan Bonnici even managed no less then 4 Moray Eels, the biggest weighing in at .780kgs.
For a super total weight of 4.88kgs.

2nd place went to the holders of this league Adrian Nelson & Roberto Bugeja with a weight of 4.05kgs.
In 3rd place two new comers within KSFA, the two Lukes. Luke Bullit and Luke Borg who weighed in at 3.39kgs.

Section winners, section A James Gilson & Fortune Calafato 1.98kgs. Section B winners, Joe Schembri & John Attard 2.62kgs.

Next Match will be on the 14th February. Venue to be advised at a later date.
