3 Day Tournament

KSFA 3 Day Fishing Tournament 

The Kingfisher Sport Fishing Association hosts an exciting 3-day Doubles shore fishing tournament every year, drawing anglers from across Malta to compete in one of the most anticipated events on the fishing calendar. This year the tournament is being organized on the first weekend of November in collaboration with Angler Think Fish. Farstone are going to sponsor the trophies while Marindex is sponsoring biggest fish trophy. More than ten teams are expected to participate. 

The competition is open to anglers of all skill levels, with prizes awarded for the first three teams placed overall and the biggest fish. Participants fish from designated shorelines, with rules in place to ensure fair play and respect for local wildlife. The tournament emphasizes conservation, and the Kingfisher Association works closely with environmental groups to promote sustainable fishing practices.

Beyond the fishing, the event fosters a sense of community, with anglers and spectators coming together for a chat and discussions about methods used during these matches.
